First, make sure you have a campsite reserved for the weekend!!  Click the picture below to link to the park website, or call 1-800-326-3521 to reserve by telephone.

Anastasia State Park

Now that the campsite is taken care of, here's the scoop on our activities for Saturday, January 15:

Ancient City Tours will conduct us on a personalized tour of Castillo de San Marcos, the Spanish Military Hospital, the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse, and "A Ghostly Encounter" walking tour.

I cannot stress enough the importance of wearing our blue & gold Pack 2 T-shirts to identify and promote our group!!  This is NOT a Pack Meeting weekend, so we do not need full uniform!!

The Pack will pay the cost for your scout to go on the tour.  You only pay for parents, siblings & friends who also want to go.
(No unaccompanied scouts & other children)

The cost is $19 for adults and $16 for children (ages 6-13).  We need a deposit on account for your family by the January 4, 2005 Den Meeting for each participant except your scout.

A final word on the subject of fun in St. Augustine.  Our tour and the things mentioned in this page represent a fraction of the fun stuff to do in town, and a fraction of the time we are planning to spend there!!

Don't forget also that many of the attractions and restaurants have websites with coupons and special discounts.  Many of the "tourist" magazines you can pick up around town have coupons in them as well.  Save money where you can and see as much as you are able!!

If you take pictures on this trip, please share them with me (Scott Armstrong) so I can put them on the website!!
